30-Day Return Policy

We accept eligible returns within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition.
Sneakers must include their original shoebox, tags, and accessories.
Proof of purchase or an order confirmation is required.
Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, email suport@kicklabs.online with your order number, the email address associated with your purchase, and the reason for your return.

Our support team will review your request and provide return instructions.

Please do not send products back without receiving return authorization.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. The time required for funds to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges

If you need a different size or product, contact our support team. Exchanges are subject to product availability and return eligibility.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us promptly at suport@kicklabs.online.

Include your order number and photographs showing the issue.

We will review your request and provide an appropriate resolution, including a replacement or refund where applicable.

Non-Returnable Items

Subject to applicable law, products that have been worn, altered, or damaged after delivery may not qualify for discretionary returns.

Any additional exclusions will be disclosed before purchase.

Return Shipping Costs

Applicable return shipping costs will be communicated when your return is authorized.

For qualifying defective or incorrectly shipped items, KICKLABS will cover reasonable return shipping costs where required by law or our stated policy.
